Where are you located?
On Jacaranda Road, Watamu, on Love Island Beach.
When is the Saturday Beach Party?
Every Saturday night in season, with resident DJ Delph on the sand. See What's On for dates, line-ups and entry.
Do you take table bookings?
Yes — book a table online or call us, and we will confirm by email.
How do I know my table is confirmed?
A request is not a booking until we have replied. Once we confirm it you will get an email from us with the date, the sitting and the number of guests on it.
Can I reserve a day bed or an umbrella?
Yes. Day beds and umbrellas line the sand in front of the restaurant, and you can reserve them on the booking page — choose Sunbeds and pick the option you want.
Can I book a private area or hold an event?
Yes — a private area for your group on a Saturday night, or the whole venue for a wedding, a corporate evening or a big celebration. Tell us the date and the numbers on the Private & Events page and we will arrange it.
Is there somewhere to stay?
Papa Remo Village sits next door — private villas with a shared pool and beach access, a short walk from the restaurant. Rates and availability are confirmed on enquiry.
Do you have vegetarian dishes?
Yes. Vegetarian dishes are marked on the menu, alongside the price of every dish.
Is the beach watched at night?
Maasai askari watch the beach and the car park through the night.
Are you open all year?
No — we are a seasonal venue. When we are closed the site says so at the top of every page and gives the date we reopen.
